The "letter" is actually a list of celebrities and different situations that we think would be funny on the show. I'm sure so many fans send these guys e-mails every day with story ideas and I could imagine it could get annoying, which is why I'm posting our list as a blog. If any of these story ideas appear in the next season, I will be very happy.
1) Billy the Exterminator. I really love this show for some reason. Billy is a good dude and he cares about nature and the environment, but I think his show is hilarious spoofing material. I'm imagining Cartman getting Butters to wear a squirrel costume and then Billy capturing the "squirrel" and setting it free. Of course there will have to be something else going on in the episode, but having Billy and his brother run around getting bitten by wasps or something in the background is definitely something to work with.

2) Joran Vandersloot. Oh my goodness, I would love to see Stone and Parker rip this creep a new a**shole on their show, while proving some major social commentary point. If you don't know who this dude is, he's the guy that murdered that chick in Aruba and got away with it (his dad was a judge there at the time) and who is now facing charges against him for another girl's murder. I don't have any specific ideas for this particular character's appearance on the show, but it should include bodily torture of the Dutch loser.

3) The Real Housewives. I just know that Cartman watches The Real Housewives religiously, and when he's not watching the show he's dressing up like them and acting out favorite scenes from the show with Clyde Frog. Maybe another character (Mr. Garrison? Cartman's mom?) finds their way onto the show and Cartman naturally gets jealous and finds a way to get himself on the show.

4) The Oil Spill. South Park excels when it talks about a serious subject and sheds light on all the hypocrisies surrounding that issue, while also being very funny and subtle. I can't think of a humorous situation that would bring the kids to the Gulf, but I'm sure Parker and Stone can. There are enough evil people (BP and its affiliates) involved to create a captivating conflict.

5) CopperCab. South Park is a show for grown-ups, not children. Kids don't get the subtleties of the show nor its real intent, and that's why we have idiots who do not understand what they're watching who are promoting "Kick a Ginger Day" on the internet. CopperCab is the kid on Youtube who posted a video defending gingers the world-over and blaming South Park for their negative depiction of redheads. He got a lot of backlash from a lot of people for his rant, including me.
This would be a great South Park episode. I know they already did a little spoof of this (see video below), but it's worth exploring further-- maybe the kids watch something they don't really understand and start posting Youtube videos and somehow befriend the angry little ginger. Hilarity ensues!

Is it weird that I had no idea SouthPark was still on air?
I feel really out of touch, haha.
Is it just me, or did South Park get amazingly better over the last couple of years? It always hits the nail on the head, and when you watch older ones, it isn't nearly as funny.
I don't watch it religiously, but if it's on I always laugh.
I personally LOVE LOVE LOVED the one with the Dog Whisperer!
@Amy: Yes, the Dog Whisperer episode was amazing! Ad I agree that because the newer episodes deal with bigger issues they are a lot funnier.
@freckle: Different strokes :)
Hilarious. I especially like the ones about the Real Housewives and the Oil Spill.
