Style Update: Taking photos in the "Full House" park

My dad sent me an e-mail this morning requesting additional information in this blog post, not for himself but for other readers. and then volunteered to be my blog's art director. Haha, if only-- this blog would be a lot more professional with a real artist in charge of the art direction!

So let me tell you that Ben shot these photos of me at Alamo Square, the same park you see the Full House family (Danny Tanner, Stephanie, Uncle Joey, Uncle Jesse, baby Michelle, and who else, oh yeah DJ, Donna-Joe, she was the worst one) having a picnic in, with the San Francisco skyline in the background, in the opening sequence of the show. Please note, however, that while these houses were filmed in the opening sequences of the family sitcom, there was no actual filming of the show in any of the houses. So don't go to Alamo Square and be all loud with your "I want my picture taken in front of the Tanner house!!" because all the non-tourists will laugh at you. It's a fair warning.

We also shot some photos in front of Ida B. Wells High-School, right across the street from the Square. I'm not sure why we didn't get any style shots of the famous "Painted Ladies" houses in the background, but I was kinda just feeling the wood nymph vibe, digging all the foliage as a contrasting green to the turquoise shade of my dress. I did snap a photo of Ben with the "Ladies" behind him, which you can see at the end of the post.

It was really sunny out, which is why I am squinting in all of the pictures where I'm not wearing sunglasses :)
